Additionally, the strict security and compliance requirements of their diverse financial industry could not be met and maintained with their existing systems. In 2016, American National migrated to System Center Service Manager, providing capabilities not previously seen in their environment. Service Manager provides a more flexible and mature onboarding process as well as integration with their Application Change Management systems.
